Kelly Wilson, RN Executive DirectorI began my nursing career 27 years ago. I worked in Pediatrics and OB/GYN the first 14 years of my career and then began working with Geriatrics in 1998 when I opened and was Co-Administrator at The Inn at Lakeview in Groveport, Ohio. In 2006, I helped open The Inn at Fairfield Village in Lancaster, Ohio and I am currently the Executive Director. I oversee the day to day operations at The Inn. I feel it is important to be a leader that is a good listener as well as a good director. I encourage my staff to have fun but be responsible. I expect the staff to create a bright and cheery atmosphere; a workplace that they enjoy and are proud to be a part of.I serve on the Board of Directors as well as my father, a brother and a sister. My father is the contractor of “The Inn’s”. My family’s and my vision is to have our staff treat all of our residents like they are our mothers, fathers, grandmothers, and/or grandfathers.
Julie Kibler Marketing Director I have been working in the healthcare field for 12 years.  I received a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration with a minor in Interpersonal Communications from Ohio University. In 2001, I began working as the Marketing Director for The Inn at Lakeview Senior Assisted Residence in Groveport, Ohio. This position led me to the Lancaster community and senior assisted living residence, The Inn at Fairfield Village which I also serve as a Board Member. The Marketing Department under my direction not only provides the surrounding community with educational opportunities concerning assisted living and other health related issues, but is also responsible for touring potential resident’s and their families while introducing them to current residents and employees throughout their decision making process.

I enjoy being involved in this process and helping them understand, that making the decision to move into assisted living, can lead to new friends, great food, and give them the security of knowing a nurse is always available”.
Debbie Rutherford, RN Director of Nursing I have been a registered nurse for 18 years. I have been the Director of Nursing for 4 years at The Inn at Fairfield Village and also serve on the Board of Directors. I have always worked in Assisted Living, except for the first 3 years at which time I worked in an Extended Care Facility. I oversee the nursing staff, promoting Fairfield Village’s strengths in providing the Lancaster area with the best in quality of care. “I love working here and having the opportunity to get to know so many wonderful people- residents, families, & staff.”
Sue Ratliff Administrative AssistantMy career began with 18 years experience at a Canal Winchester bank. In 1998 I began working at The Inn at Lakeview senior assisted residence to become their receptionist. Throughout my 8 years at The Inn at Lakeview, I was promoted to Human Resource Director. When The Inn at Fairfield Village opened in 2006, I was hired as the Administrative Assistant.“I love my job, I am very much a people person and enjoy being around the older folks. Putting a smile on their face and just being able to make a difference in their life while they are here is important to me. I was fortunate to have both of my parents live at the assisted livings, where I have been employed. This gave me the appreciation and understanding of what moving your loved one into an assisted living really means.”
LaWanda Alexander Resident Coordinator After graduating from high school, I spent 4 years in The United States Army as a Medic. I attended schools for Administrative Assistant and Postal Clerk while in the military. I began working for The Inn at Fairfield Village in May 2007. I started as a nursing assistant in Special Care. In February of 2008 I was promoted to my current position as the Resident Care Coordinator. I monitor the care of our residents and supervise our nursing assistants. “Working here has been a great experience.”
Tammy Barnhill Director of Housekeeping and Laundry I was hired at The Inn at Fairfield Village in 2007 as a housekeeper. I was promoted in May 2010 as the Housekeeping Director. It is my responsibility to manage the cleaning of our beautiful residence and maintain its quality. I also organize the laundry for our resident’s. My department spends their day helping residents with the chores that at times can become difficult to manage as we age.
Ashley Williams Dietary Director I started this position right out of college in 2007, after graduating from Sullivan University in Louisville Kentucky for Culinary Arts. Before going to college I went to the C-TEC of Licking County for Culinary Arts. I also worked at a sister facility during high school and college breaks. I worked there for 4 years. I started out as a server, and then became a prep cook and eventually advanced to a cook. “I love working at the Inn, because not only do I love to cook, I also love to be a part of making someone’s day. One way I do this is by making their favorite meal or even incorporating their ideas and recipes into the everyday menu.”
